Timothy H. David
A native of Florida, Timothy H. David received his B.S. in 1981 from the University of Central Florida. He then received his J.D. from Nova Law School in 1985, and was admitted to the bar in 1986 (Florida and U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida). After working for a prominent defense firm in central Florida, Tim David opened his own practice as personal injury lawyers, serving the Orlando area from a new Maitland, Florida office.
Since that time, their personal injury practice has grown substantially, and Mr. David has become a leading member of his field. His professional memberships now include the American Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, the Florida Bar, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. D. Paul McCaskill
D. Paul McCaskill is a native of Belle Glade, Florida. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Central Florida with a B.A. in 1983, and received his J.D. from Florida State University in 1986. In 1987, he was admitted to the Florida bar. His memberships include the Order of the Barristers and the Florida State University Moot Court Team, where he was the recipient of the Best Appellate Brief and Finalist Awards (1986) at the National Administrative Law Moot Court Competition. He also served as the Articles and Notes Editor of the Florida State University Law Review. As an author he has published "The Driver's Right to Counsel Prior to Taking a Breathalyzer Test: What Process is Due?" (13 Florida State University Law Review, 1985) and "Plaintiffs Under Florida RICO Must Meet Traditional Equity Requirements When Seeking Temporary Injunctions to Safeguard Assets," (14 Florida State University Law Review 975, 1987). Before joining the team of personal injury lawyers at Timothy H. David, P.A. in the Orlando, Florida area, Mr. McCaskill served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Douglass B. Shivers, First District Court of Appeals, Tallahassee, Florida from 1986-1988. Today, he maintains membership in the Florida Bar Appellate Practice Section.
